The number of risks experts associate with artificial intelligence will only grow as its capabilities mature. Governments have to work together to manage these risks and foster a clear understanding of existing AI incidents and risks.
Policy makers and the people who operate and develop AI systems must learn from the risks and incidents of other actors internationally. For that to happen, they will need interoperable monitoring systems that provide consistent information.
